Quickest non technical 'Chole' recipe

Its hard to get all details right and still get that tangy taste when you are a working woman. My recipe below is a mixture - best points taken and customized version of Chole we prepared today and chap-o-ed it on my kitchen wall so that my husband can make use of it in the future.

WHAT you need:
Boiled chole
Tomatoes(I actually used tomato basil pasta sauce as had no tomatoes) + Onion + Ginger + Green chillies + Cilantro/ Coriander
Spices: Salt, some sugar, Amchoor(dry mango) OR Lemon OR anything for tanginess, Coriander powder, Red chili powder
Any of all of these: Cumin seeds, Fenugreek seeds/ Sauf, Elaichi/Cardamon, Laung/Cloves, Bay leaves, Red chilli flakes or full, parsley and whatever you think appropriate
The added masala: Chicken Masala/ or any other Biryani/Chole or some mixture of Masala(this always adds that extra flavor)

HOW you do it:
1. Boil all 'Any of all of these' ingredient from above with salt and water. I microwaved it with water two times for 1.5 minutes each after a gap of 10 minutes.
2. Grind tomato and onion in the mixer.
3. Heat oil in the pan and add some crushed ginger to eat + some chopped green chilies.
4. After 2-3 minutes, add the tomato-onion mixture and stir with all the force :)
5. 15 minutes of stirring and the mixture turning dark brown. Add dhaniya powder and the added masala.
6. Stir and heat for 5 more minutes.
7. Add the water and boiled ingredient and let it heat for 10 more minutes.
8. Add a little salt, sugar and dry mango(as per taste).
9. crush some boiled chole and add to the pan.
10. Now heat and stir for another 5 minutes.
11. Add rest of boiled chole and water and let it heat for another 10 minutes.
12. Serve with Dhaniya on top.
